Complete site preparation and installation of utilities for a greenfield 60-acre retail mall complex.  Project included reclaiming an old mine site.  Utilities included storm sewer system, sanitary sewer system, water piping, manholes, inlets, and lift station.  The earthwork scope included paving base and clay stabilization.
