Health & Wellness Insurance
This group of plans is designed to aid our employees in maintaining their physical and mental health and wellness; as well as provide financial support should it ever be needed. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis, in accordance with IRS guidelines, allowing you to realize a reduction in your taxable income with each paycheck.
Premiums for medical insurance coverage are generously subsidized by CCCG. We offer three (3) levels of PPO network plans that can be utilized across the United States.Pharmacy / Prescriptions
Our prescription plan benefit is a tiered structure based on effectiveness and cost of the medication to lead towards positive outcomes and stability of your overall health. CCCG generously covers 100% of the cost for select maintenance medications that, through proper and timely use, can protect against major medical events. Further, for your convenience we offer the ability to obtain a 90-day at retail or mail order supply of many medications. The mail order option would offer a savings to members.
Employees pay 100% of the premium for this quality dental coverage that includes regular exams, X-rays and cleanings, which can help prevent you from experiencing the more painful and costly corrective procedures.
Employees also pay 100% of the premium for this plan. Our vision coverage allows for an annual eye exam, prescription safety lenses and frames, diabetic exams, expanded children‚Äôs vision program, and more.
Group Life Insurance
CCC Group provides, free of any cost to the employee, a $50,000 group term life insurance policy on all employees who have reached eligibility.
Group AD&D Insurance
CCC Group also provides, free of any cost to the employee, a separate $50,000 accidental death & dismemberment insurance policy on all employees who have reached eligibility.
Supplemental Term Life Insurance
In addition to the company-paid employee life insurance policy, all eligible employees are able to elect additional term life coverage for themselves, spouse and eligible children. Cost is based on employee age and amount of coverage elected.
Employees can also elect an accident policy, to protect their income from unexpected expenses related to an accident.
Critical Care Coverage
Also, offered is a critical care policy to assist employees with unexpected expenses related to a diagnosis of internal cancer or heart illness.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
When life hits a rough patch, as it can do for everyone, an EAP can be a valuable tool. This resource is available to our employees and their families simply for being a part of our CCC Group family. The EAP assists employees and their families in dealing with issues in the areas of emotional well-being, family life, healthy living, legal services, and financial services.
