CCC’s primary fabrication facility is located in San Antonio, Texas at our corporate headquarters. With over 114,000 sq. ft. of shop space under roof and 19 acres of lay down area, we are well equipped for a broad range of specailty and heavy industrial projectes destined for industries in the U.S. and abroad.

We have produced several hyperbaric chambers for the medical industry. This hyperbaric chamber project is the WORLD'S FIRST ASME/PVHO Rectangular Chamber. Its pressure rating is 3 ATA (atmospheres).
Scope of work:
Shredders for Recycling Industry
We have produced over 125 automobile scrap shredders since 1982.
Shredders range in size and throughput capacity. The larger shredders can process up to 350 tons of scrap per hour.
Extensive flame cutting
Welding of plate thicknesses from 1 inch to 6 inch.
After painting the different components, the shredder is stacked and the hydraulic plumbing is installed.
Fabrication for Cement Industry
The fabrication shop has completed numerous projects for the cement industry.
This particular project’s scope included:
Calciner Riser Ducts
Painting was completed in our enclosed industrial coating facility. The ducts were all oversized, permitted loads and were shipped to the jobsite. The installation in the field was handled by our cement division and included the erection of structural steel, preheater components, and all associated mechanical, piping, scaffolding and welding.
