Supervision
CCC was tasked with the supervision of local labor for all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural work. This also included supervising paving, substation installation, zero discharge water treatment system and the finish-out of the office building.
Other Tasks
In addition, CCC oversaw the safety, quality control, subcontract pre-qualification process, scheduling, budget estimating and complete contract administration.
Despite the owner’s market delays on the product and the addition of a $30M extrusion mill on the same property, which was executed by the on-site team, the original budget objectives were still met. Plus, the project received the owner’s highest safety award, in a market that has not traditionally placed a premium on safety.
