Turnaround – Hydrogen Unit Houston, TX
Scope of Work:
Pulled tube bundles, hydroblasted them clean, inspected them, made necessary repairs and reinstalled them
Exchangers were tested and made ready for service
Modified package boiler unit and installed additional flow paths in the boiler and reassembled it.

Installation Wet Gas Scrubber Houston, Texas
Scope of Work:
All mechanical and electrical installations for the complete system.
Setting equipment, piping (alloy systems), setting pumps and motors, setting vessels and clarifier tanks and mixers.
Electrical work entailed tying into the MCC’s.
Installed ductwork and structural iron
OSBL installation of 6,000 ft. of pipe from the scrubber unit to the environmental treaters.

Petrochem Fabrication Project Cryogenic Skid Units
Destined for Dubai
This fabrication project was completed in the Houston fabrication shop. The two cryogenic skid units are part of a compressor train being installed at a new facility in Dubai.
The skid’s structural components, supports, knockout vessels, piping and lifting bar were all fabricated in our shop. In-line controls equipment, painting and insulation were also completed prior to shipment overseas.
The vessels and piping systems of the units are 95% alloy materials. This product gives testament to the fabrication shop’s ability to cater to the petrochem industry and produce high quality workmanship. This key component was tested and delivered on-time.
