The company was founded in 1947, by Merl Huebner and George Guthrie.  Although many of its initial construction projects were commercial type projects, by the early 50's, the number of industrial projects was outnumbering the commercial projects.   This trend continued and now more than 90% of CCC’s work is “industrial” in nature.

The company’s roots and background are testaments of CCC’s commitment to being attentive to the client and to always taking care of the CCC family of employees.  With every new challenge our clients faced, CCC was committed to stand along side the client to find the best solution and implement it. Oftentimes that resulted in inadvertent but positive growth and strengthening of the company. We still experience these types of occurrences and we welcome them.

Today, CCC is a nationally ranked company with 2500 employees strong, eleven regional offices providing multi-disciplined construction and specialty engineering services to a wide variety of markets both in the U.S. and in select foreign locations.
